제1조 (목적)

본 약관은 YeeStudio(이하 "회사")가 제공하는 파일 관리자 앱 "FileManager Tab"(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건 및 절차에 관한 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.

제2조 (서비스의 제공)

회사는 사용자에게 다음과 같은 기능을 제공합니다.

• 로컬 파일 관리 (복사, 이동, 삭제, 이름 변경 등)
• 클라우드 저장소 연동 (Google Drive, Dropbox 등)
• 파일 전송 (FTP, SMB 등)

제3조 (책임의 한계)

1. 회사는 사용자가 본 서비스를 이용하여 관리하는 데이터의 유실, 손상, 도난 등에 대해 회사의 고의나 중대한 과실이 없는 한 책임을 지지 않습니다.
2. 중요한 데이터는 사용자가 별도로 백업하여야 합니다.

제4조 (클라우드 서비스 이용)

본 서비스는 타사 클라우드 서비스(Google Drive 등)와 연동됩니다. 해당 기능 이용 시 각 클라우드 제공자의 이용약관을 따르며, 사용자는 해당 계정에 대한 접근 권한을 앱에 부여해야 합니다.

Article 1 (Purpose)

These Terms govern the conditions and procedures for using the file manager app "FileManager Tab" (hereinafter "Service") provided by YeeStudio (hereinafter "Company").

Article 2 (Provision of Service)

The Company provides the following features to users:

• Local file management (Copy, Move, Delete, Rename, etc.)
• Cloud storage integration (Google Drive, Dropbox, etc.)
• File transfer (FTP, SMB, etc.)

Article 3 (Limitation of Liability)

1. The Company shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or theft of data managed by the user using this Service unless there is intentional misconduct or gross negligence on the part of the Company.
2. Users are responsible for backing up important data to a separate storage.

Article 4 (Use of Cloud Services)

This Service integrates with third-party cloud services (e.g., Google Drive). When using these features, the terms of use of each cloud provider apply, and the user must grant the App access to the respective accounts.
